WHAT DOES 'Q FOR QUALITY' MEAN?:
Beginning shortly, consumers will see two stickers on our releases pronouncing them “Q-rated” (which merit it and include every release to date). This simple “Q Rating” is a few words that mean a lot. It is your stamp and guarantee that the product that bears it we believe to be the highest possible quality in that no shortcut was taken in its production. What this means in terms of CD’s and other recordings that bear this stamp is that every aspect was reviewed intensely and scrutinized by it’s creators and every note, sound and word was meant to be heard in the form it is presented. Mixes and masterings of the recordings were done with consummate professionals and the sequence was debated, contemplated and presented in a way to provide for them to be experienced as complete body of works. The consumer should never have to hit the skip button.
Note, even though we applaud the new technological advances in digital distribution we have anticipated at the inception of Hidden Beach and will soon offer ourselves at this site and utilize, it should be clear that we make albums with the intension that those albums are to be optimally experienced to derive the full statement of the artist as complete bodies of work. While there is no simple formula for quality when the mission is to capture honest expressions of emotions for generations to come, you should know that we believe Hidden Beach as a brand, is the best of the best.
The question now is if the respective areas of artistry are to manifest those expressions in a manner of which you enjoy and seek inspiration.
Free knowledge like this doesn't just help, it pmroote democracy. Thank you.

Just ate at Jui Thai Asian Cafe at 787 Bethel Road (the former ltcooian of Lilly's) and they had a very interesting menu with none of the typical lunch special dishes. I had the Delicious Pork Cake ($3, very tasty) and the Hot Pot ($6) which had noodles, bok choi, napa, luncheon meat, quail egg, bean skin, and fish ball. The hot pot was saltier and more oily than I anticipated, but was delicious all the same. I plan to return with my family next week to try more dishes.
